Porsche’s #19 car triumphed at the French enduro earlier this month in the hands of Formula 1 driver Nico Hulkenberg, Nick Tandy and Earl Bamber.

It will be driven up the Goodwood hill, untimed, by Brendon Hartley on Saturday and Sunday, while the 1998 WSC-95 will also take part in the hillclimb.

Porsche will have static displays for two of its Le Mans-winning cars – the 1981-winning Porsche 936/81 and the 962 C, which triumphed in 1987, plus two more versions of its 919 Hybrid.

The German marque’s participation means all four of the World Endurance Championship’s LMP1 manufacturers will be present at Goodwood.

Benoit Treluyer will represent Audi in one of its R18 e-tron quattros, while Anthony Davidson and Mike Conway will share driving duties in a Toyota TS040 HYBRID.

Nissan is bringing two GTR-LMs to the Festival of Speed, but both will be static displays.
